Postavya supports X, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Instagram professional accounts, TikTok and YouTube. The capability registry only exposes features the backend actually implements, so the UI never promises a capability that is not supported.

Yes. Every user receives an isolated personal workspace and can manage multiple projects. Each project stores its own brand, audience, offers, links, funnel stages, memory, connected accounts and publishing preferences. Data never leaks between projects or workspaces.

Yes. When you provide a website or app link, Postavya helps infer useful brand facts such as colors, voice and positioning. Inferred data is always editable, and confirmed website-derived facts are stored separately so you stay in control.

Expired or revoked connections move to a reconnect-required state and Postavya notifies your workspace. Scheduled jobs for those accounts are skipped until you reconnect, so you never publish to a dead account.

No. Your generated content, brand profile and project memory are yours. Postavya uses memory only to improve your own future suggestions and avoid repetition. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can switch between BYOK and Managed AI modes, and cancel any time. Switching modes does not delete your credentials or generated content.
