Does Postavya post automatically without my approval?
No. Manual approval is the default. Every AI suggestion is editable, regeneratable, discardable and approvable. Only posts you approve and assign explicit destinations for can be scheduled or published. A scoped autopilot mode may be introduced later, with an emergency pause control.
Which social platforms can I publish to?
Postavya supports X, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Instagram professional accounts, TikTok and YouTube. The capability registry only exposes features the backend actually implements, so the UI never promises a capability that is not supported.
How does Postavya use access to my YouTube account?
Postavya uses a secure Google connection to show the YouTube channels you manage and upload videos or Shorts you explicitly approve. You choose the destination channel, video, title, description, visibility and made-for-kids setting before publishing. You can disconnect the channel at any time.
What content formats can Postavya generate?
Text posts, captions, hashtags, CTAs, finished images, multi-slide carousels, generated videos, video concepts, and coordinated campaign sequences. Reusable funnels organize journey stages separately. Text, description, image, and video routes are selected independently from the server-validated model catalog.
What is the difference between the $5 BYOK plan and the $20 Managed AI plan?
On the $5/month BYOK plan you bring your own Gemini, OpenAI or OpenRouter key and pay your AI provider directly; Postavya handles orchestration, approvals, scheduling and publishing. On the $20/month Managed AI plan Postavya supplies the AI quota through its server-side Google AI integration with included monthly text, image and video allowances. You can switch modes any time.
How are my AI keys and social tokens secured?
AI keys and social connection credentials are sent over secure connections, encrypted before storage and kept only on protected servers. They are never returned to the browser or written to logs, and every workspace remains isolated. Encryption keys are regularly rotated through a controlled security process because protecting your credentials is a core Postavya priority.
Can I manage multiple products in one workspace?
Yes. Every user receives an isolated personal workspace and can manage multiple projects. Each project stores its own brand, audience, offers, links, funnel stages, memory, connected accounts and publishing preferences. Data never leaks between projects or workspaces.
Can Postavya infer my brand details from my website?
Yes. When you provide a website or app link, Postavya helps infer useful brand facts such as colors, voice and positioning. Inferred data is always editable, and confirmed website-derived facts are stored separately so you stay in control.
